I have been researching and studying food and how it interfaces with the human body for more years than I care to remember.
for as long as I can remember. Now I have learned that it has long been thought that vegetables are good for us, but I have never really knew why and some of these are just ordinary and some are simply superb. I have to say I think that vegetables get a raw deal (ha ha) no seriously, people opt for vitamin supplements when there are more effective elements in this great and important food group.
Mike Geary and his team of nutritionalists have now completed some interesting research in this area and they have come up with some surprising results – earlier generations will not be surprised at the findings but it would seem that no-one knew quite how good some of these foods really are for us.
It will come as a surprise to many people that though they may know that vegetables are good for us, some of them contain specific phytonutrients that help to eat away that awfully unpopular tummy fat.
Allow me to tell you exactly what they are and why.
Now it could be that you know about food, nutrition and what is good and what is bad, including the latest cutting edge research and development and how certain ingredients in the food supply is effecting us, like pesticides, food additives and other chemicals from petroleum based products in the home, such as household cleaners can act as xenoestrogens.
What are xenoestrogens (I can hear you say?), well they are chemicals which when exposed to your body can have an estrogenic effect and too much of this can result in hormone disruptions for human beings. So these can play tricks in our bodies.
I have never heard of xenoestrogens – what are they (I can almost hear you say), well these are chemicals that are exposed to you and your body that have this ‘estrogenic’ effect and excessive exposure can result in hormone balance disruptions for both men and women and these can play all sorts of tricks on and in our bodies irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman.
Now you may not be a body builder, but can you imagine what would happen in your life if your stomach became so toned that you had a distinct six pack visible around your abdomen – and all you did for this was to eat certain vegetables?
So, that is it then – just another excuse to do what your Parents (and in particular your Mother) told you to do – eat broccoli and your other greens (I won’t tell you which ones here – you will need to read that yourself if you would really like to know).
This I learned by studying material which then had not yet been written down anywhere. It was a truly remarkable and healthy course that I have had to follow and after a short time I was putting what I had learned into practice.
I learned this by studying a course which at that time had not yet been published. It was one of the most amazing health courses that I have ever read and after just a few short weeks of putting the teachings into practice, I was able to see a distinct improvement in the shape of my abs. After 6 weeks of following what the course taught me, virtually all of my belly fat had just vanished.
It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.
Now – when I am at the gym, you ought to see how people look at me – and I was already pretty trim and fit before – being a fitness trainer and being well known and all. Well the change in my body was remarkable and it made me grin from ear to ear (but of course that was just ego); all of this because I was asked to read through a course and put it to work for me.

Sorry if this sounds like a sales pitch, but how can you not get excited when you come across something that is this simple, this effective and is just so genuine that it makes the complex stuff seem crazy by comparison.
